Mercury partners with RWL and CNet to deliver CNCI training for technicians
Mercury has recently partnered with RWL Advanced Solutions and CNet to deliver CNCI training in Dublin as part of an ongoing training programme for its technicians.
The Certified Network Cable Installer (CNCI®) program is shaping the future of the network infrastructure industry as the standard certification for those working within the network cabling sector for both copper and fibre.
The CNCI® program runs for ten days and is dedicated to providing cable installers with everything they need to confidently and accurately prepare, install, test and certify copper and fibre cabling systems, specifically for those wishing to demonstrate the highest levels of knowledge, skills and expertise in network infrastructure.
Mercury and its TSS business unit are hugely supportive of the work by RWL Advanced Solutions & CNet Training program for the development of the ICT technicians in the industry.
Keith Foran, General Manager of Technologies, in our Technical Support Services Business Unit said: “Our Mercury technicians have now completed a recognised Level 3 qualification within the data communications industry for copper & fibre installation.
“We believe that to achieve incredible things, we must invest in our people.
“The standards and skills of our team are of huge importance to us and our clients across Europe.
“Completing these courses as part of our ongoing training programme demonstrates our commitment to the continual professional development of all trades and professionals within our organisation and to train them to the highest industry standards”.
