Joanne Cluxton interviewed ahead of CIF International Women’s Day Conference panel discussion
Joanne Cluxton, Group HR manager will feature as a guest panelist at the Construction Industry Federation’s (CIF) International Women’s Day Conference on Thursday, March 4th.

Joanne will engage in a ‘Skills for Success’ panel discussion as part of the CIF’s #BuildingEquality campaign, at 10:10 am and along with a number of industry peers, will discuss career paths, skill-sets, mentors, and supports, while exploring ways to encourage more women to consider a career in the construction industry.
Ahead of the event, Joanne took part in an interview blog that provides fascinating insights into her career to date as a woman in the construction industry.
