Launching our #BuildingWithPride initiatives for Pride month 2022
We are proud to launch our Building With Pride Diversity & Inclusion, initiatives for the month of June.
At Mercury, we actively advocate for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion across our industry, and Pride month empowers us to demonstrate how far we have come as an employer of choice.
We understand the key role that D&I can play in promoting employee’s sense of belonging and improving retention within our organisation, and are celebrating Pride 2022 with our LGTBQI+ people and their allies.
To mark this initiative, we are hosting a number of Pride-themed events across our regions in the coming week, which we will be sharing on social media throughout the month.
