Mercury Celebrates Colours Day across European projects for Pride Month 2022

In celebration of Pride Month 2022, our project teams throughout Europe recently hosted Colours Day events, in conjunction with our #BuildingWithPride initiatives.

Hundreds of our people across 10+ countries took part in these celebrations on our projects and at our various offices.

Pride flags and decorations were unveiled at our Head Office in Dublin, Ireland, while rainbow-coloured lanyards, badges, flags and more were distributed to all our project sites to mark the occasion.

All staff were encouraged to wear colourful clothing in a show of solidarity with our LGTBQI+ people and their allies.

At Mercury, we actively advocate for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion across our industry, and Pride month empowers us to demonstrate how far we have come as an employer of choice.
