Mercury Continues to Drive Evolution as Leading Data Centre Provider with the Appointment of Frank Quirk as COO of Data Centres
Mercury is pleased to announce the promotion of Frank Quirk to Chief Operations Officer of Data Centres, supporting our continued evolution as Europe’s leading data centre provider. In his new role as COO, Frank will report directly to Eoin Vaughan, CEO, and will be responsible for leading Mercury’s European operations, policies, and procedures, helping to expand our capabilities and services to our diverse client base.
Frank boasts a track-record of delivering large-scale projects and brings expertise that he has garnered over the past thirty-five years of an illustrious career in civil engineering, general contracting, and leadership positions. Prior to joining Mercury, Frank maintained several prominent board-level roles at John Sisk & Sons.
In 2021, Frank joined Mercury’s Executive Management Team in as Managing Director of our Hyperscale Data Centres Division, where he expertly led and further strengthened relationships with key multinational clients.
