Legal & Insurance Administrator, Dublin, Ireland

Scope of Role:
Working within the legal department and reporting to the Insurance Manager, this admin role will be based in Dublin supporting Mercury business units across Europe
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
- To provide full support to the legal team
- Management of legal and insurance records and policies
- Assisting the legal team with document reviews
- Support in management of insurance portfolio
- Assist in the review and approval of client and supply chain insurances
- Administration of insurance documentation, manuals and certificates
- Provide support in the review and management of incident and accident reports
- Provide support in close out of incident investigations and lessons learned
- Monthly reporting of contract data and insurance incident data to EMT
- Monthly reporting of insurance claims data to Insurers
- Obtaining signatures, contracts, and other documents on behalf of Mercury
- Communicate with Project Teams and Support/Head Office Teams
- Provide support to teams regarding contract process and/or DocuSign queries
- Monitor DocuSign accounts and internal approval forms
- Implementing amendments and/or version control of contract templates
- Support in deliver of training and workshops
- General office management duties associated with this role
- Perform other duties as assigned by line manager
