Mercury launches Leadership Development Programme 2019
Mercury is delighted to launch its 2019 Leadership Development Programme. The programme is an in-house course, co-created by Mercury and Ingenium Training & Consulting, aimed at training our high potential individuals to become the next generation of Mercury leaders. 29 Mercury employees are beginning the programme this week.
The Leadership Development Programme is broken out into seven modules, consisting of both internal and external speakers and case studies.

We believe that to achieve incredible things you must invest in your people. Participants are made up from employees across a variety of teams and locations within Mercury.
The objective of the programme is to build the group’s bench strength to enable succession to senior roles within Mercury. The programmes participants are drawn from all parts of the business and represent both operations and support functions.
