Mercury Host 2nd National Children’s Hospital Project Execution Workshop
On Thursday, 20 June 2019, Mercury hosted our 2nd project execution workshop for the National Children’s Hospital. The workshop included project management team presentations on construction work packages, project support functions and featured excellent questions and answers sessions.
The workshop was led by Mercury’s Director of Healthcare, Robert O’Donovan and Operations Quality & Risk Group Manager Shay Lacey. The session covered a multitude of areas surrounding the project including EHS, Quality, Construction, Contract Administration, Commercials, Schedule, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Innovation, HR, Design & BIM.
Shay Lacey said, “Mercury are delighted to be hosting the second in our series of project execution workshops. It is very important to ensure high levels of communication for large projects such as this to ensure successful planning, collaboration and project execution. This was a very productive and engaging session with great participation, openness & honesty from all participants”.
