Our structured Graduate Programme runs over an 18 month period in partnership with the Irish Management Institute (IMI). The programme is designed to meet the demands of the working world and prepare graduates for an established career in the industry. Courses are delivered in a dedicated learning environment by subject-matter experts from internal departments and external organizations. Furthermore, we support graduates who wish to pursue chartered status in their respective fields and professions.
In addition, each graduate is assigned a sponsor from our Executive Management Team for the duration of the graduate programme to help them adjust to their field .
