Mercury and Digital Realty celebrate key milestone on PAR11 data centre in Paris
Mercury, Europe’s leading colocation data centre service provider, recently celebrated a significant milestone on the PAR11 project in collaboration with our long-standing client, Digital Realty, in Paris, France. The project team recently completed construction of the structure and roof, paving the way for the internal fit-out to commence.
Located at the Paris Digital Park campus, the PAR11 data centre supports our client’s expansion in the region. As a renowned general-contractor that builds and manages complex construction projects throughout Europe, Mercury continues to deliver best-in-class solutions for our global client base.
To mark the completion of this phase, a customary event known as GIGOT bitumen was held in one of the PAR11 data halls. Team members from Mercury, Digital Realty and our partner DeMatthieu Bard celebrated this accomplishment with speeches, a video screening, and a meal. Upon completion, this facility will feature an IT area of approximately 8,878 square metres.

This signifies the completion of the construction works, and we now look forward to pushing forward with the internal fit-out and delivering a world leading, landmark data centre for our client who has placed so much trust in us.”
