Mercury’s dynamic future leaders complete 2023-25 Graduate Programme
We are pleased to extend our congratulations to the class of 2023-25 who have completed Mercury’s Graduate Programme. Our CEO, Eoin Vaughan, presented certificates of completion to our group of 28 graduates at a recent ceremony held at the Irish Management Institute in Dublin. After eighteen months of intensive training, this ceremony provided a platform for our outgoing cohort to showcase their final projects to members of Mercury’s Executive Management Team.

Speaking at the event, Eoin emphasised the surge in growth in our business, our 5-year strategy, ongoing commitment to diversity and the opportunities that come with that. Eoin reminded graduates of all the opportunities available within this next phase of growth, encouraged them to speak up and have courage to step forward to define their success within those opportunities. “Mercury remains dedicated to support personal development and opportunities for our employees whose potential we believe has no limits. Change is where growth happens, where innovation thrives, and where careers are built. Learning never stops and our mindset shapes our future.”
Mercury’s Graduate Programme is a testament to our success as a group in recent years. Since its inception 17 years ago with a cohort of five, we have successfully trained and developed 400+ graduates. 189 of those are still with the business and many have made long term careers, now holding senior positions. We believe that in order to achieve incredible things, we must invest in our people. The success of our Graduate Programme demonstrates our commitment to investing in the next generation of leaders and contributing to the growth and development of our business.
Completing Mercury’s Graduate Programme is just the beginning of a journey full of possibilities. We are excited to see these talented graduates progress in their careers within our company and the wider construction industry. Once again, we congratulate all our graduates on their achievements and wish them the best in their future endeavours.
