Responisbilities of the Role:
- Processing multiple monthly and weekly payrolls with strict adherence to deadlines
- Process new hires, terminations, status changes, pay rate changes for each jurisdiction for payroll submission.
- Implement current statutory payroll requirements for each jurisdiction.
- Review and approvals of payroll submissions to ensure correct payroll calculation timelines are met.
- Acting as point of contact for employees and stakeholders relating to all legislative requirements for each jurisdiction.
- Working closely with HR, Taxation and Finance departments as required
- Assistance and advising with registration of tax ID’s and social security numbers for employees in posted countries.
- Assist with process improvements and standardisation.
- Updating A1 Certs according to site movements and liaising with members of the department of social protection regarding applications
- Ensuring data integrity and compliance with GDPR.
- Implement and maintain the highest professional standards for all payroll activities in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures.
- Any other duties associated with this role that may be reasonably required by the Company.

Experience Criteria of the Role:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a payroll department in a large company
- Payroll qualification
- Good team working skills.
- Accuracy and close attention to detail
- Strong computer skills in particular Microsoft Office Apps
Desirable Criteria of the Role:
- Previous experience in the Construction Industry
- Previous multinational experience.
- SAP and Success Factors experience
