Frank Quirk
Chief Operations OfficerFrank Quirk is an astute leader in the construction industry, boasting a wealth of knowledge and expertise gained over 30 years in the field. He joined Mercury as Managing Director for Hyperscale Data Centres and was later promoted to Chief Operations Officer for our Data Centres Division.
In this crucial role, Frank reports directly to our CEO, Eoin Vaughan, and holds responsibility for leading Mercury’s European Data Centre & Live Environment operations, policies, and procedures, while ensuring that our services meet the diverse needs of our international client base. Frank has consolidated three key support operations - Commercial, OSA, Digital & BIM, Engineering, and Planning & Analytics - under his leadership to streamline operations and pave the way for sustainable growth.
Prior to joining Mercury, Frank held prominent director and board-level positions at a leading contractor, where he oversaw many of Ireland’s most innovative construction projects. His passion for delivering cutting-edge solutions is matched by his determination, efficiency, and drive to succeed.
