Ronan Lynch
Group Finance DirectorRonan has been the Group Finance Director and a member of the board since 2013. Ronan joined Mercury in 2008 as the Financial Controller of its International operations and was appointed as Group Financial Controller in 2010. He is a member of the Executive Management Team and oversees Mercury’s financial governance. Ronan has played an important role in restructuring Mercury and developing and implementing the group’s new strategy.
Ronan qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1994, later joining KPMG where he worked in audit and advisory. He gained significant experience in financial management and control, risk management, M&A, fundraising, and corporate reporting. Ronan also worked in several finance roles in leading corporates including holding the roles of Finance Manager and Group Reporting Controller at Logica plc, a large FTSE 100 IT company. Ronan is also a member of the Financial Executives Association and a contributor to various industry groups.
