As the Managing Director of Mercury's Hyperscale Data Centre Division, Stephen O'Shea is at the forefront of delivering innovative and technologically advanced data centre projects across Europe.

Under Stephen’s guidance, our Hyperscale Division delivers complex projects that redefine industry standards, and his leadership, expertise, and strategic vision are crucial to driving Mercury’s growth in this key sector. Prior to joining the company, Stephen spent 22 years at a leading Irish contractor, playing a pivotal role in many of Ireland’s most significant projects, including the redevelopment of Pairc Ui Chaoimh GAA Stadium in Cork, the development of the Centre Parcs Holiday Village in Longford, and the fit-out of several prominent retail projects across continental Europe.
