Mercury was commissioned to provide a turnkey construction service for the client's new flagship 45,000sqft data centre in Frankfurt. Mercury’s scope included full cladding, roof and all internal architectural services together with a full 9.8mw M+E fit out.
The project management and execution teams comprised a mix of experienced Mercury management supported by a local and international supply chain of specialist consultants, vendors and sub-contractors. The logistics and management of third-party elements on this project were of upmost importance and were carried out flawlessly by Mercury site staff and management. The experience that was garnered from previous projects in the locality proved invaluable during this project.
Mercury directly employed specialist German sub-contractors for cladding, roofing, steelwork, windows and acoustic screening as well as the internal architectural works.
